We are calling for participations of young researchers as poster presenters and PIs(principal investigators) as discussants. The entries will be closed on Monday, October 15, 2012.
(Please note that the participants would be selected among the applicants.)

Capacity of Applications

• Poster Presenter : 30
• Discussant : 30

Please fill in an on-site registration form which appears upon clicking "Poster Presenter" or "Discussant" button and attach the documents below.

• Curriculum Vitae and Publication List (about one page of A4 paper)
• Title of poster presentation in English and abstract (about 200 words)

• Curriculum Vitae and Publication List (about one page of A4 paper)

Condition for Participation:

• All the Poster Presenters and the Discussants may participate all through the conference.
• Travel expense should be covered by yourself.
• IIAS will cover your accommodations if you stay at our residence or Keihanna Plaza Hotel.
• Photo taking, recording, referring to the research papers are prohibited since all the sessions are operated in strictly closed-style and the presentations are to be made principally with unpublished data.
